The official conference hotel is the Sheraton Hotel. All conference participants, staying away from home, are expected to stay at the Sheraton Downtown Hotel.

Each student and advisor staying at the Sheraton will earn a $15 discount on the registration rate. No other registration rates will be discounted. Verification of your hotel stay will occur through the official rooming list submitted by the Sheraton hotel.

  All hotel rooms are required to be reserved at the Wyndham Hotel.
   
Parking: Valet parking is $23 per night. Self parking is $16 per night.

Bus Parking We have arranged for daytime and overnight bus parking in the Phoenix Convention Center East Garage. See the conference Map for more information.
   
  The Garage is 3 blocks from the Sheraton Hotel and about 1 block from the Phoenix Convention Center.
