important Update

The SkillsUSA Arizona Championships is the premier showcase for Arizona's trade, technology and service high school and college students. This annual championships features over 75 skills and leadership competitions that determine who will represent Arizona at the national SkillsUSA Championships.


Employers, experts from industry and educators work together to design, judge and recognize our members for their accomplishments in competitions that have real-world challenges. Contestants use math, science, reading and language skills in conjunction with hands-on technical skills to compete against the best in Arizona!

Registration Information

As you are planning your state championship registration, please take note of the following:​

  • We are currently working on contingency plans for virtual/video conference, update coming soon!

  • Registration is open now and will close April 3rd. No Exceptions, no late registrations. If you are on spring break during this time, plan accordingly.


  1. Make sure you register yourself.  It is impossible to create advisor packets without an advisor attached to the registration.​

  2. Make sure you enter your student's DATE OF BIRTH correctly.  You will need this to retrieve scores after championships.

  3. Make sure you enter the correct T-shirt size for yourself and your students.  T-shirts will be distributed according to the sizes you register with.

  • Regional Qualifiers are being posted daily on the region web pages. Email notifications are going out as they are being posted. Only those listed on the regional qualifiers can register for those events.

  • Online testing will take place March 30 - April 10. More information will be posted on the online testing page.

  • A conference app will be out soon for the state championships this year!

All CTSO State conferences have been caneled for 2020 due to Covid-19. Neither an in person nor a digital conference will take place. Please see the link below for a comprehensive update.
