Why March Dates?

The NCAA 2024 Men's Final Four will be hosted in Phoenix, which knocked out availability and massively increased pricing at both the Phoenix Convention Center and Hyatt Regency Phoenix. These March dates are the ONLY dates available that keep hotel rates below $250 and keep us in the right meeting space that we need and depend on for both venues.Conference dates for 2025 will return to our traditional pattern: April 23-24, 2025.
